Job description

Keys to your success
  • Bachelor's degree or higher;
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP implementation, including a thorough understanding of operational financial controls and accounting processes as well as deep functional knowledge of the Oracle Cloud ERP Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, EXP, LA, AHCS, FA) and a functional knowledge of other Oracle Cloud ERP modules (Procurement, Projects, Grants, Core HR, Payroll);
  • Experience leading ERP implementations as a Functional Consultant, with at least four implementations of the modules listed above including facilitating and conducting Business Process Workshops/Requirement Gathering Sessions, Proof of Concept Sessions, Conference Room Pilots, System Integrated Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Go-live support, and Production support;
  • Experience designing and delivering ERP modules and reports, including writing operational and analytical reports using OTBI, BIP, and SQL;
  • Expert knowledge in financial system integration and overall ERP development, testing and support, as well as experience in training finance and accounting functions adopt the newly defined procedures;
  • Ability to manage scope, client expectations, risks, and escalations while aligning solutions with business requirements and best practices;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior and executive leadership.

Extra edge
  • Functional knowledge of other Oracle Cloud HCM modules (CORE, BEN, ABS, COMP, PAY, OTL, ORC, TAL, LRN) and Oracle Cloud EPM modules (EPBCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, and FreeForm);
  • Experience within Healthcare, Hospital, Insurance, or Financial Services environments;
  • Experience leading teams, facilitating design sessions, and contributing to requirements, solution design, and testing strategies.

Your day-to-day
  • Provide functional expertise across Oracle Cloud ERP Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, EXP, LA, AHCS, and FA), including integrations with internal modules and external applications;
  • Work with the client's finance and accounting functions to capture and map business requirements, identify gaps, and recommend solution options aligned with the requirements traceability matrix as well as the Oracle Cloud ERP configuration;
  • Configure Oracle Cloud ERP solutions and ensure implementations align with approved designs, business objectives, and Oracle implementation best practices;
  • Participate in building reporting base needed in implementation of projects using all available tools in Oracle Cloud ecosystem (OTBI, BIP, FDI, NR, etc.);
  • Develop and execute use and test cases to test the Oracle Cloud ERP reports, support testing activities, and resolve issues identified during testing cycles;
  • Ensure solution designs, configurations, and implementations remain aligned with project scope and business requirements while escalating issues when required;
  • Organize and facilitate functional design workshops and integrate business requirements into Oracle Cloud ERP solution designs;
  • Align departmental policies and procedures with Cloud ERP system processes, policies, and procedures in the solution implementation;
  • Support project execution methodology, report on project progress, and identify and manage issues to closure.
