  • 11am to 7:30pm (times may vary based on unit needs)
  • On call rotation (Weeknight, Weekend, holiday and crisis call)
  • 30 minute response time required.

Registered Nurse (RN) - GI Hospital Procedures
2845 Greenbrier Road, Green Bay, WI 54311
Where You Will Work:
The GI RN delivers care to inpatient, outpatient, and observation patients across three phases: preoperative, recovery, and discharge. The unit manages gastrointestinal-related procedures and specialties, including:
  • Colonoscopies
  • EGDs
  • ERCPs
  • Stenting
  • Dilatation
  • ESDs
  • liver ultrasound elastography
  • sigmoidoscopy
  • feeding tube placements.

Staffing includes registered nurses (RNs) and GI technicians. The team works in collaboration with ABMC gastrointestinal physicians, general surgeons, and anesthesia providers.
Our GI RN's are cross trained to assist in Interventional Pain, Pre-Op/Post-Op and bronchoscopy cases.
We're Looking For:
  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • ACLS and PALS to be completed during orientation

What You'll Do:
  • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
