Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time NOC Shift

Location: Moraga Post Acute
Pay Rate: $45.00-$50.00 per hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | NOC Shift | 4/2 Schedule

Join Our Exceptional Nursing Team

Moraga Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and clinically skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated nursing team on a full-time NOC shift with a consistent 4/2 schedule.

As an RN on the NOC shift, you will play a vital role in overseeing resident care throughout the night, supporting the nursing team, responding to changes in resident conditions, and ensuring our residents receive safe, high-quality care in a supportive post-acute setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans

  • Administer medications, treatments, and physician orders accurately and safely

  • Assess residents' conditions and promptly identify, document, and report changes

  • Monitor residents throughout the NOC shift and respond appropriately to clinical needs

  • Supervise and support LVNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Assist with admissions, discharges, assessments, and care planning

  • Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in resident condition

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations

  • Promote infection prevention, resident safety, and quality care initiatives

  • Foster a positive, respectful, and resident-centered environment

Qualifications

  • Current, active California Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • Current CPR/BLS certification

  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities

  • Ability to work independently and effectively during the NOC shift

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment

  • Previous experience in post-acute, skilled nursing, or long-term care preferred, but not required

  • Passion for providing compassionate, high-quality resident care
