The Transcription team members at Retina Vitreous Associates are responsible and accountable for efficiently and accurately completing the Electronic Health Record (EHR) for all exams, testing interpretations, referrals, notes, etc. The Transcription team members work effectively with Physicians and other team members to ensure quality documentation in the patients' health records. Responsibilities: Efficient and accurate data entry in the EHR system based on Physician dictation. Great attention to detail and ability to recognize inconsistencies and missing necessary data. Ability to work independently. Effectively communicate with the Physicians, Executive Director, and other team members.
