Optical lab Technician



We are seeking an Optical Lab Technician to join our Pearle Vision family. This position requires a meticulous individual with an eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in the production of prescription eyeglasses. No experience necessary, willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain optical laboratory equipment, including lens edgers, polishers, and coating machines.
Fabricate prescription eyewear according to customer specifications and quality standards.
Inspect lenses and frames for defects, ensuring that finished products meet quality control criteria.

Qualifications:

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced production environment.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and comminate technical information clearly.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively to meet production deadlines.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.


Job Type: Full Time
Pay: Starting $18 per hour or TBD (with experience)
