Title Policy Processor

Reports To: Branch Manager

Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Position Summary

The Title Policy Processor is responsible for the creation of Owner and Loan title insurance policies for offices in our eastern district. This role also provides critical support for the office, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Policy Processor Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue Owner and Loan title insurance policies for multiple eastern district branch offices.
  • Review title commitments, closing documents, and supporting materials for accuracy and completeness.
  • Research and resolve discrepancies, title defects, or documentation issues prior to policy issuance.
  • Verify legal descriptions and confirm all requirements and exceptions are correctly reflected in policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and files in compliance with company and underwriter standards.
  • Provide professional and timely guidance to customers, agents, and internal staff regarding policyrelated questions.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Office Support Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance and support to other roles in the office as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient daytoday office operations.

  • Qualifications
