Job description

Edison Chouest Offshore is taking applications for a full-time Accounts Payable Clerk.

The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for assisting the accounting department by completing payments for the company and verifying cash entries.

FUNCTIONS

  • Office: Processes and submits paperwork, creates and maintains organized files, identifies and resolves any discrepancies in files and records in a timely manner.
  • Judgement: Uses procedures and/or guidelines to make good choices. Uses data and facts in order to make day-to-day decisions and involves others as needed.
  • Execution and Results: Ensures work is completed correctly. Works on top priorities first. Makes a consistent effort to get results. Meets deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Excel and Word (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
