Job Overview

OB/GYN Physician

$375,000 Base Salary Guarantee

Relocation and Sign-on Bonus 

FT Position

This full-time OB/GYN physician position provides comprehensive women's health services across outpatient clinic settings with hospital-based deliveries. The role includes preventive care, prenatal and postpartum management, high-risk pregnancy care, and minimally invasive gynecologic procedures. Physicians practice in a collaborative environment with robust clinical and ancillary support.

  • Full-time employment opportunity
  • Average 22 to 25 clinic patients per day
  • Practice across outpatient clinics in Los Gatos and Mountain View, CA
  • Average 3 to 4 deliveries per call
  • Call schedule of approximately 1:10, or 3 calls per month
  • Established group of OB/GYN physicians and gynecology specialists
  • Full-scope women's health including well-woman care, prenatal planning, high-risk obstetrics, postpartum care, in-office procedures, and surgical gynecology
  • Access to specialty support, anesthesia, neonatology, and obstetric hospitalist coverage
  • Diverse patient population with strong continuity of care

Requirements

Requirements to Apply

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Eligible for medical licensure in the State of California
  • Minimum 2 years of OB/GYN experience preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply
  • Commitment to full-scope women's health and patient-centered care
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
