Job description

At Nuts Factory, we are truly passionate about bringing a unique market-style experience. We strive every day to preserve the excellence of our assorted nuts, chocolates, candies, fruits, and viral Dubai products. Promoting quality products and merchandising assortments is our mission so that we can become the ultimate snack store! We currently have 35 retail locations and wholesale customers.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven salesperson to help us drive revenue and retain wholesale and chain supermarkets customers. This role focuses on converting inbound leads, re-engaging past customers, and generating new sales through phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

-MUST have experience selling to retailers and chains markets, and supermarkets.

-Already has experience dealing with buyers of supermarkets and retail chains

-Corporate gifting and catering sales experience

-Proactively contact and retain previous customers with holiday offers and promotions

-Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, or chat

-Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services

-Close sales and process transactions

-Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activity, and follow-ups

-Follow up on warm leads generated through marketing campaigns

-Stay up to date on all seasonal promotions, bundles, and product features

-Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales goals and KPIs

-Provide a friendly, professional, and solution-focused experience at all times

Qualifications:

-Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer retention

-Strong verbal and written communication skills

-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

-Familiarity with wholesale accounts, online retail, subscription services, or holiday campaigns a plus

-Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Compensation:

-Base salary plus commission.
