Your Role and Responsibilities

Manage Patient Flow

Coordinate and oversee the smooth movement of patients through the clinic.

Ensure each patient receives timely, attentive and appropriate care.

Assist in Procedures and Treatments

Work alongside MDs during medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology procedures.

Provide education and support to patients, enhancing their understanding and comfort.

Patient Triage

Skillfully assess and prioritize patient needs for both pediatric and adult patients.

Respond effectively to patient inquiries and concerns.

Utilize Electronic Medical Records

Efficiently document patient interactions using Epic EMR system.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Required: Experience with electronic medical records, particularly Epic.

Highly Preferred: Background in ENT, Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, or Dermatologic Surgery.
