Your Role and Responsibilities
Manage Patient FlowCoordinate and oversee the smooth movement of patients through the clinic.
Ensure each patient receives timely, attentive and appropriate care.
Assist in Procedures and Treatments
Work alongside MDs during medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology procedures.
Provide education and support to patients, enhancing their understanding and comfort.
Patient TriageSkillfully assess and prioritize patient needs for both pediatric and adult patients.
Respond effectively to patient inquiries and concerns.
Utilize Electronic Medical RecordsEfficiently document patient interactions using Epic EMR system.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Who We're Looking For
QualificationsRequired: Experience with electronic medical records, particularly Epic.
Highly Preferred: Background in ENT, Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, or Dermatologic Surgery.
Skills and AttributesPassionate Caregiver: Dedication to providing exceptional patient care with meticulous attention to detail.
