Job description

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Aesthetic Injector (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join a growing aesthetic and wellness practice in the Greater Boston area. This role is ideal for a provider who is highly skilled in cosmetic injectables, patient consultation, and delivering exceptional aesthetic outcomes in a professional, patient-centered environment.

The practice specializes in advanced aesthetic medicine and wellness treatments, including injectables, non-invasive body contouring, skin tightening, and laser-based procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including dermal fillers, neuromodulators, and other cosmetic injectables

  • Conduct thorough patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans

  • Evaluate patient goals and provide professional aesthetic recommendations

  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation and treatment records

  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, clinical protocols, and compliance guidelines

  • Collaborate with medical and spa teams to deliver high-quality patient experiences

  • Educate patients on treatment options, post-care instructions, and expected outcomes

  • Assist with advanced aesthetic procedures and technologies as needed

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program

  • Board certification required

  • Active licensure in Massachusetts and ability to practice in New Hampshire

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience required

  • Strong expertise in dermal fillers, neuromodulators, and facial aesthetics

  • Excellent understanding of facial anatomy and injection techniques

  • Experience with advanced aesthetic devices preferred, including:

    • Laser treatments

    • Radiofrequency devices

    • Skin tightening technologies

    • Non-invasive body contouring procedures

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Passion for aesthetics, beauty, wellness, and patient-centered care
