The Full-Time RN Case Manager & Educating Supervisor will be responsible for managing and coordinating patient care, as well as providing educational supervision. The ideal candidate will have expertise in home health, specifically Private Duty Nursing, and possess strong computer skills with a ranking of 8 out of 10. The position requires comfort in working with patients of all ages and those with Ventilator, Trach, and G-Tube needs.
