Job description

SUMMARY:

Responsible for providing practical nursing care to clinic patients under supervision of providers and Center Manager.ย  Work collaboratively with the care team and community resources to coordinate care and services. Become fully functional in the use of the electronic medical record (EMR) and follow the EMR Manual instructions.

SCHEDULE/HOURS:

  • Full Time
  • Monday - Friday
  • Typically 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • No weekends

ย EDUCATION and CERTIFICATIONS:

  1. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  2. LPN License OR licensed RN with an active LPN license to practice in the State of Florida.
  3. Active BLS Certification.
