These roles are designed for recent graduates or individuals transitioning into tech, and they typically involve learning on the job under the guidance of more experienced developers. Responsibilities may include writing code, fixing bugs, and collaborating with a team to build or maintain software applications. Employers usually look for candidates with foundational programming knowledge and a willingness to learn, rather than extensive prior experience.
