These roles are designed for recent graduates or individuals transitioning into tech, and they typically involve learning on the job under the guidance of more experienced developers. Responsibilities may include writing code, fixing bugs, and collaborating with a team to build or maintain software applications. • Support initiatives such as jobs replatforming, AI-powered code review tooling, agent-driven provisioning workflows, AI-powered AWS infrastructure provisioning and CI/CD pipeline modernization.
  • Facilitate the modernization of an internal developer portal into an AI-first developer platform, introducing AI-powered tooling to streamline workflows, enhancing the developer experience, and supporting large-scale, multi-repository engineering environments.

What you'll bring
  • 2+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong foundation in Java and familiarity with object-oriented design, algorithms, and data structures.
  • Experience building web applications or backend services, ideally with Spring Boot / Spring Framework.
  • A systematic approach to debugging issues within a service or module, including performance impacts.
  • Understanding of the testing pyramid and experience writing automated tests at multiple levels.
  • Familiarity with AWS services, Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code practices and CI/CD tooling.
  • Exposure to front-end technologies (JavaScript, React, Remix) for building developer-facing UIs is a plus.
  • Interest in AI-powered developer tool and agentic workflows
