The 3PL business is a “sky is the limit” industry that continues to see massive growth as brick-and-mortar businesses continue to transition to a direct-to-consumer model.

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented ASSEMBLY & KITTING associate who is bilingual in Spanish and English. This position involves hands-on assembly work using basic tools and requires strong attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy.

The Kitting Associate is responsible for assembling, packaging, and preparing kits according to client specifications and company quality standards. This role is essential to ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely fulfillment of kitted products.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assemble product kits according to work orders, BOMs (Bills of Materials), and client instructions

· Pick, count, and verify components for each kit to ensure accuracy

· Package kits neatly and securely, following labeling and branding requirements

· Perform quality checks to ensure all components are present and correctly assembled

· Maintain organized workstations and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)

· Update inventory counts and kitting completion in the warehouse system

· Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the supervisor

· Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets

· Follow all safety, cleanliness, and compliance guidelines

Qualifications & Skills:

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred

· Previous warehouse, kitting, or assembly experience is a plus

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

· Basic computer or warehouse system knowledge

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Must pass a BG and DT

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to stand for extended periods of time

· Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand motions

· Ability to lift, carry, and move products up to 50lbs

Work Environment:

· Kitting accuracy rate

· Units assembled per hour

· Adherence to safety and quality standards

· On-time completion of kitting orders
