TownePlace Suites Asheville is seeking a detailed, outgoing, customer service pro to fill our full-time Night Auditor position. As a Night Auditor, you’ll be able to showcase your organizational skills and create exceptional guest experiences while enjoying a fun work environment with a competitive salary and benefits package.

What you’ll do 

Provide outstanding service while checking guests in and out. 

Be a guest advocate by responding to requests and concerns with a sense of urgency and empathy. 

Process payments for guests and make necessary changes/updates to their accounts. 

Enter and update reservation information in the system. 

Collaborate with other departments to communicate information about room availability and status. 

Maintain the front desk ensuring the area is clean, welcoming, and organized. 

Close and balance room accounts. 

Run, print, and distribute various reports. 

Make adjustments to accounts as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

Preferred 1 year of customer service experience.  

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
