Job Summary:

Exos is seeking a Community Manager that will cultivate a culture of wellbeing, supporting the physical, social, and mental health of employees for our large global client. You will deliver operational excellence in a holistic wellbeing program, with a focus on physical activity-oriented communities. These communities are a strategic priority for fostering health and expanding our program. As the Community Manager, you'll lead Community groups in a key city, driving the Community Activation Strategy to maximize wellbeing impacts. Your role includes assessing, executing, and improving the program to meet the evolving needs of the client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for Community leaders, fostering trusted relationships and ensuring alignment between the Center of Excellence (CoE) strategy and regional needs.

  • Program Leadership:

    • Lead the execution and delivery of community wellbeing initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure programs meet expectations and drive positive outcomes.

  • Innovation & Improvement:

    • Continuously gather feedback and insights to improve community programs, identifying scalable solutions and best practices to support growth and optimize impact.

  • Problem Solving & Adaptability:

    • Navigate shifting priorities and ambiguity with proactive problem-solving. Ensure decisions align with strategic objectives while adapting to changes and challenges.

  • Communication:

    • Engage effectively with clients, internal teams, and Community groups through written, verbal, and in-person methods to advance strategic goals and drive engagement.

  • Quality Assurance:

    • Maintain program quality by adhering to best practices, monitoring key metrics, and reporting insights to CoE and regional stakeholders for ongoing improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher required

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in community management or related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in community building

  • Must be on-site 3-5 days per week

  • Passion for and experience with sport, physical activity, and wellbeing programs

  • Community development and program management experience preferred

  • Willingness to travel as needed

Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $70,000/year to $85,000/year. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs. Exos offers a comprehensive benefits package for all full time employees (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements), which includes health insurance, life and disability benefits, 401(k) plan, and paid time off. Additionally, Exos offers a variety of part time benefits (subject to eligibility requirements).
