Job description

We are looking for candidates who are good problem solvers, have a solid full stack .NET skillset, are good communicators and mentor/lead a team. As part of the team you will design and build solutions to solve a range of business-critical problems. Successful team members like to code, enjoy solving puzzles, want to learn new tech, and take pride in their work. Strong ethics and sense of responsibility are key.

Responsibilities

  • Champion good software design, processes and clean code
  • Take part in architectural design, incorporating solid object oriented design principles and patterns
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts and fellow developers to solve problems and document solutions
  • Design and implement applications, services and integrations
  • Mentor and lead a team of developers
  • Author APIs & API clients
  • Enhance and/or migrate existing applications and services
  • Promote continuous improvement of toolsets and practices
  • Conduct code reviews
  • Create and maintain automated builds and releases
  • Provide occasional off-hours support for releases
  • Adhere to policies and controls, and commit to the protection of company and customer information

  • Strong software design and programming ability
  • Good planning, problem solving, analytical, people and communication skills required
  • CRM Dynamics, Ellie Mae Encompass, or Softpro experience is a plus
