- At least 4 years of experience in working on middleware development in .Net. Building components, libraries, Services using C#.Net, Entity Framework, LINQ, WCF/WebServices/WebAPI in an SOA world.
- Strong understanding of processes and threads with at least 4 years of experience in creating Multithreaded, multi-node, high performing applications.
- Ability to effectively improve the performance of the components/applications/services.
- Deep understanding and application of object oriented programming
- Well versed with various design patterns.
- At least 4 years of experience in creating abstract business layer and data access layers.
- Strong SQL Server development knowledge with at least 2 years of experience in writing complex DB objects as well as performance tuning it.
- At least 3 years of experience in Agile, Scrum or Kanban Methodologies
- At least 3 years of experience in tools such as Jira, Jenkins and Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
- Knowledge in NO-SQL environment, MongoDB is a value add.
