Qualification:
   • Bilingual
   • At least 1 year of Front desk receptionist experience
   • Able to commute to location and arrive on time
Responsibilities:
  • Greeting patients and helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts
  • Answers telephones from patients and/or other providers
  • Make patient appointments  
  • Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records
  • Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information
  • Completes patient check-in and check-out
  • Obtains revenue by recording and updating financial information, recording and collecting patient charges
  • Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes
  • Time management

  • Collecting patient copays and balances
  • Getting charts ready for clinic with all the paper work
  • Taking photos of patients and obtaining medical insurance cards and uploading them to the EHR

We are a small Orthopedic Surgery private practice looking for an English and Spanish, hard-working, friendly, and organized medical receptionist.
This is a full-time position where you will be at the office Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.
We are located at 288 Feeder Museum District
