Job Summary

Under Physician supervision, the Physician Assistant and/or Nurse Practitioner may assume primary responsibility in their respective specialty area according to federal, state, and local regulatory agencies. Responsible for management of selected at risk or complex patients and aggregate patient populations in collaboration with physicians, nurses and other Healthcare team members. Must demonstrate the knowledge, critical thinking and skills to plan, coordinate and provide care on a continuing basis.

Job Description

Monument Health is seeking a full-time APP to work at an established practice in Rapid City, SD. In this role, you will take on a varied schedule that includes rotation through clinic, hospital call/rounding, cardiac prep unit, and cath lab responsibilities. We are looking for someone motivated and driven, with outstanding patient care and communication skills. Join a growing team with 5 interventional cardiologists and 7 non-interventional cardiologists. This role will primarily support the general and interventional cardiology services. Experience is preferred but training for new graduates will be considered. Schedule currently configured to accommodate a 4-day work week.
