About the Role
As an Account Executive at Avoca, you'll own the full sales cycle, from first conversation to close, for high-value home services operators. You'll work directly with founders, operators, and revenue leaders to understand their call flows, conversion challenges, and growth goals, and help them adopt Avoca as a mission-critical revenue engine.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in founder-led sales environments, is comfortable selling a technical product, and wants to help define how Avoca sells as we scale.
What You'll Do
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise home services customers.
  • Run discovery calls to deeply understand customer operations, call workflows, and revenue pain points.
  • Deliver tailored demos and solution pitches that map Avoca's AI to customer outcomes.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasts, and deal progression with high accuracy.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to close complex deals.
  • Provide feedback from the field to help shape product roadmap and positioning.
  • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

What You'll Bring
  • 2-5+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS (AI, vertical SaaS, or operational software preferred.)
  • Proven ability to run complex sales cycles and close high-ACV deals.
  • Strong discovery skills, you ask great questions and listen closely.
  • Comfort selling to operators, founders, and revenue leaders.
  • Clear, confident communicator who can explain technical concepts simply.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in fast-moving environments.
  • Excited to work in-office with a high-ownership team in NYC.

Compensation: The expected on target earnings for this role is $240,000-$350,000 with final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications determined during the interview process.
