Mahaska is seeking a motivated, self-starting individual to join our team as a Full-Time Merchandiser. In this role, you'll work independently to service and support our valued retail customers, ensuring that Mahaska is represented with the highest level of professionalism.
We provide comprehensive training and all the tools you need to succeed-the Mahaska way. If you're driven, dependable, and ready to take initiative, we want to hear from you!
Duties include but are not limited to;
  • Develop and maintain a professional relationship with key people at the store level and customers.
  • Ensure out-of-date and damaged product is immediately removed from the shelf or display.
  • Keep beverage sections, displays, vendors, and merchandising equipment properly clean, filled, and rotated according to Model Store standards.
  • Keep back stock organized and rotated.
  • Work schedule: Friday- Tuesday; Will have Wednesday and Thursday off.
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and pull a pallet weighing 2,000-2,500 lbs with a jack.
  • Must be able to lift, twist, and bend for extended periods.
  • Must have a good driving record and reliable transportation.
