The Opportunity
Moody Global Media is seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives that expand audience engagement and advance the reach of our media ministry. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that support Moody Radio terrestrial and digital platforms, podcasts, streaming channels, mobile applications, events, fundraising initiatives, and emerging media opportunities.
Reporting to the Director of Media Marketing, the Marketing Manager will collaborate across multiple teams to drive audience growth, strengthen brand awareness, and deliver measurable results aligned with Moody's mission.
What You'll Do
Lead Strategic Marketing Initiatives
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that increase audience engagement and expand the reach of Moody Global Media brands and programs.
  • Create integrated marketing campaigns that support Moody Radio, digital platforms, podcasts, streaming channels, and emerging media initiatives.
  • Develop campaign plans, messaging, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics to achieve organizational goals.
  • Drive awareness, listener growth, and audience retention across multiple channels.

Execute High-Impact Campaigns
  • Manage marketing campaigns from concept through execution, working closely with internal stakeholders and creative partners.
  • Coordinate promotional efforts that support programming, ministry initiatives, donor engagement, and audience growth objectives.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards.

Advance Digital Growth & Audience Engagement
  • Lead marketing efforts for digital initiatives, including podcasts, streaming content, mobile applications, websites, and future digital platforms.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and audience insights to optimize campaign performance and user engagement.
  • Stay current on marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to identify growth opportunities.

Partner Across the Organization
  • Collaborate with Moody Radio leadership, National Promotions, local stations, and Community Impact Directors to support market-specific initiatives and promotional campaigns.
  • Partner with Marketing and Strategic Communications teams to develop integrated campaigns and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Support ministry partners and internal departments with promotional needs, including educational programs, publishing initiatives, fundraising efforts, and special projects.

Support Events & Fundraising Efforts
  • Lead and support marketing initiatives related to regional and national events, conferences, and audience engagement opportunities.
  • Partner with Stewardship & Development teams on fundraising campaigns and donor-focused communication strategies.
  • Assist in the promotion of key Moody events and industry conferences.

Measure Results & Manage Resources
  • Track campaign performance and provide reporting on audience growth, engagement, and return on investment.
  • Manage campaign budgets and marketing expenditures while maximizing impact and efficiency.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve marketing processes and effectiveness.

Top Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Five or more years of experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in media, broadcasting, digital communications, nonprofit, or related industries.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Experience supporting or managing fundraising, donor engagement, or audience development campaigns.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Experience working with digital marketing platforms, websites, social media, and audience engagement tools.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
