We are looking for Board Certified Behavior Analysts to provide direct support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families. We provide in-home and in-school therapy, school based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, and community education.

Job Description:

  • Provide direct therapy to children with ASD and their families
  • Provide in-home/in-school Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in the Houston, TX area
  • Teach family members, teachers, and other therapists information about managing behavior concerns and developing skills
  • Work with school personnel to provide in-school ABA services
  • Perform home-based App
  • Job details lied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services
  • Collaborate with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home ABA therapy as needed
  • Perform community education and other activities as needed within the community or school settings

Requirements:

Applicants MUST meet and agree to the following requirements:

  • Full-time hires are required to work a minimum of 32 hours per week.
  • You must also agree to work two (2) mandatory Saturdays each month.

Education

  • Must have completed a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Certified with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board
  • Must maintain credentialing in compliance with BACB
  • Must complete continuing education courses as noted by the BACB
  • Must be licensed in the State of Texas as a Behavioral Analyst

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $80,000 - $95,000 per year
