Mass Tort Attorney

Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in mass tort cases related to employment wage and hourly law.

  • Prepare and present cases in court or settlement negotiations.

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on employment wage and hourly law.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and managing expectations.

  • Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in practice.

  • Draft and file legal documents, including complaints and motions.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Current California Bar and JD

  • 10 years experience- Mass tort wage and hourly law

  • Proven experience in handling mass tort cases related to employment law.

  • Ability to conduct detailed legal research and analysis on wage and hourly law.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively manage client expectations remotely.

  • Commitment to maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards.

  • Proficiency in legal software for case management and tracking progress.

  • Ability to draft and file legal documents with precision and accuracy.
