North Shore Masonry is hiring an experienced Project Manager to oversee larger residential and commercial masonry restoration projects in the Chicago market.

We specialize in masonry restoration projects that require precision, coordination, and strong leadership. Our Project Managers ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship.

About the Role

This is an in-person leadership role responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through completion. While estimating experience is valued, this role is primarily execution-focused -- ensuring field operations, subcontractors, schedules, and budgets stay aligned.

You will serve as the operational leader on assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from award through closeout
  • Oversee budgets, cost tracking, and financial performance
  • Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules
  • Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards
  • Conduct site visits and monitor progress
  • Identify and resolve project challenges proactively
  • Communicate project updates clearly to clients and internal teams
  • Complete job documentation and reporting
Qualifications
  • 3-7+ years of construction project management experience
  • Masonry restoration experience strongly preferred
  • Proven experience managing larger or multi-phase projects
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Solid budgeting and cost control experience
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
