We're currently looking for sales reps to join our team!

Requirements

Qualifications:

? Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record

? Previous experience in an automotive Luxury sales role preferred


Responsibilities:

? Engage with all customers.

? Assist customers in making an informed purchasing decision by providing detailed product information including features and specifications.

? Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase the unique features and benefits of different models.

? Stay up to date on industry trends, new vehicle models and competitive offerings to effectively communicate product advantages to customers.

? Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and ask for referrals.

? Demonstrate proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress, Follow Up - Video Correspondence.

? Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately; assume ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer; maintain the highest levels of CSI (client satisfaction index).
