Digital Solutions Consultant (Adobe Commerce / Business Analyst)Position Overview

Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a Digital Solutions Consultant (DSC) with strong Adobe Commerce (Magento) experience and a solid background in business analysis and functional consulting.

This role will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that ecommerce requirements are clearly defined, documented, and translated into scalable Adobe Commerce solutions.

This position requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who can support end-to-end ecommerce implementations, from discovery through delivery.


Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Adobe Commerce initiatives
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of ecommerce features and integrations
  • Support end-to-end Adobe Commerce (Magento) implementations, including catalog, checkout, promotions, and payment workflows
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder alignment across business and technical teams
  • Ensure data, integrations, and platform configurations align with business requirements and best practices
  • Identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities across ecommerce experiences
  • Act as a liaison between product, business, and development teams to drive successful delivery

Required Qualifications
  • Strong experience working with Adobe Commerce (Magento) — required
  • Experience in a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or DSC role within ecommerce environments
  • Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience writing:
    • User stories
    • Functional documentation
    • Acceptance criteria
  • Solid understanding of ecommerce workflows (catalog, cart, checkout, promotions, payments)
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams (business, product, engineering)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud tools (AEM, AEP, etc.)
  • Familiarity with system integrations (ERP, CRM, payment gateways)
  • Experience in agile delivery environments

Additional Information
  • Location: Norman, Oklahoma
  • Work Model: On-site (5 days per week)
The base salary range for this position is $110,000 – $150,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
