We are now hiring a Machine Shop Supervisor.
Some key responsibilities include:
  • Maintain employee safety, staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement activities to advance production in the Machine Shop on 3rd shift to attain Department goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments including Production Control, Engineering, and QA to ensure production flow.

Requirements
Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize activities in a rapidly changing environment
  • Demonstrated good problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient math and computer skills.
  • Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred
  • Knowledge of various types of CNC and manual machines preferred
