As workload and machining capacity continue to expand, we're seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Machinist who can independently program, set up, and run CNC milling equipment while contributing to a fast-paced, family-owned manufacturing environment.

Founded in 1996, Euro Machine operates from a modern 34,000-square-foot facility in Loganville, Georgia, offering advanced CNC milling, turning, Wire EDM, welding, finishing, and inspection capabilities. This position plays a critical role in producing high-quality precision components while helping maximize machine utilization, process efficiency, and overall manufacturing excellence.

The Work You'll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

  • Program, set up, and operate CNC horizontal and vertical machining centers
  • Create and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam
  • Select tooling, fixtures, and machining strategies for new and existing jobs
  • Perform complete machine setups and prove-outs
  • Adjust feeds, speeds, offsets, and tooling to improve efficiency and part quality
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and manufacturing documentation
  • Produce tight-tolerance precision components to customer specifications
  • Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring tools
  • Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and programming issues
  • Collaborate with fellow machinists, quality personnel, and management to ensure on-time delivery

This is not an operator position. We're looking for a skilled manufacturing professional who can take ownership of the complete machining process.
