Your Mission & Key Responsibilities
  • Operate block-making machinery safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards
  • Perform daily cleaning, inspection, and maintenance of the block machine
  • Communicate equipment issues and repair needs promptly to the Plant Manager
  • Assist with preventive maintenance and general plant repairs as needed
  • Operate rolling and support equipment when required
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Participate in end-of-shift plant cleanup activities
