Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and motivated Fryer Machine Operators to join a leading manufacturing facility in Kings Mountain, NC. This position is responsible for operating fryer equipment, monitoring product quality, and ensuring production runs safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, is safety-focused, and takes pride in producing quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor fryer machinery to ensure safe and efficient production
  • Monitor product quality and make adjustments as needed to maintain production standards
  • Perform routine machine inspections and basic troubleshooting
  • Maintain accurate production records and report equipment issues promptly
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with company safety and sanitation standards
  • Follow production schedules, work instructions, and operating procedures
  • Assist with machine changeovers and product transitions as needed
  • Follow all company safety policies, GMPs, and PPE requirements
  • Perform additional production duties as assigned
Required Qualifications

  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule
