Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate specialized chemical manufacturing equipment and adhere to strict quality and safety standards while working in a collaborative, team-based environment. This position requires flexibility for rotating swing shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and control process equipment such as reactors, dryers, hoppers, packaging machinery, valves, and vents
  • Load and stage raw materials for production equipment and production areas
  • Perform weighing operations, accurately recording gross and net weights
  • Package intermediates and final products using automated and manual equipment
  • Follow batch sheet SOPs, ensuring compliance with specified cycle times, temperatures, flow rates, weights, and raw material requirements
  • Operate computer and control room systems to direct processes and personnel
  • Conduct housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, in line with Quality Standards and OSHA regulations
  • Perform quality control sampling of in-process materials

Requirements:

  • Availability for rotating shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
  • Ability to read, speak, understand, and follow written instructions in English
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel) preferred
  • Previous forklift experience preferred
  • Comply with OSHA standards (including wearing a respirator, confined space, and lockout/tagout procedures)
