Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Press Operator located in West Springfield, Massachusetts. We are looking for experienced pressman and full training for qualified applicants. The Press Operator will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and maintaining printing presses to ensure efficient production of high-quality flexible packaging. Daily tasks include operating and troubleshooting machinery, performing quality control checks, and ensuring production runs are completed on schedule. The candidate will also collaborate with the pre-press team to prepare machines for operation and maintain adherence to company safety and operational standards.
Qualifications
  • Experience with Machine Operation and a solid understanding of printing machinery
  • Strong skills in Quality Control and ensuring adherence to company quality standards
  • Knowledge of Printing techniques and processes, particularly in a flexographic printing environment
