LPN Position Summary The LPN provides quality nursing care to the residents of a particular unit. The LPN is responsible for supervision of other professional and non-professional team members and provides quality nursing care to the residents of a particular unit. Qualifications of LPN:
  • Dedicated to providing high quality care
  • Two or more years of Leadership experience required
  • Caring and compassionate
  • Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Practical Nurse
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Assist with Charge Nurse duties
  • Replace call offs as needed
  • Assists Charge Nurse with administering medications, being careful to follow all physician orders, policies/procedures, and regulations
