Day to day as a Licensed Social Worker - Behavioral Health Unit
As a Licensed Social Worker at Minden Medical Center, you can expect to conduct intake assessments, develop individualized care plans, provide counseling and support to patients, collaborate with healthcare teams, and participate in case conferences. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve documenting patient interactions, coordinating discharge plans, and connecting patients with community resources.
