Lariat Lodge Brewing Co. - Littleton, Colorado

Do you thrive in a fast-paced, scratch kitchen environment where craft food meets craft beer? Lariat Lodge Brewing Company is seeking dependable, hard-working Line Cooks to join our kitchen team at our Littleton location.
💸 Compensation
Pay Range: $18.00-$22.00/hour, based on experience
Full-time and part-time positions available

🔪 Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality menu items according to standardized recipes
Operate fryers, grills, sauté stations, and other kitchen equipment
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Assist with prep, opening, and closing duties as assigned
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
Work efficiently and maintain quality standards during high-volume service
👨‍🍳 Ideal Candidates Will Have
At least 1 year of professional kitchen experience preferred, although we are willing to train the right candidate
Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and direction consistently
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Passion for great food, craft beer, and hospitality
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) certification is a plus
🕒 Scheduling & Availability Requirements
Open availability on Saturdays and Sundays is required for consideration
Candidates must be available to work both weekend days as scheduling needs require
Availability for nights and holidays may also be required
Reliable transportation to our Littleton location is required
Consistent and dependable attendance is essential

Lariat Lodge Brewing Company provides paid sick leave in accordance with the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA).
Employees accrue 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to the applicable annual statutory limit. Additional leave may be available when required under Colorado law.
