Description
Metroplex Mortgage Services is seeking a Mortgage Client Intake Coordinator to help prospective homebuyers begin the mortgage process and ensure every client receives exceptional service from first contact.
This position is ideal for candidates with experience in customer service, banking, real estate, title, mortgage lending, administrative support, or client relations who enjoy helping people and building relationships.
The role focuses on client communication, lead follow-up, appointment coordination, document collection, and assisting borrowers as they take the next steps toward homeownership.
All inquiries originate from company marketing efforts, referral partners, repeat clients, or existing business relationships. This is not a cold-calling position.
We provide mortgage-specific training and opportunities for long-term career growth within the organization.
Successful team members may advance into Loan Partner, Loan Officer Assistant, Processing, Operations Management, Production, Training, or Leadership roles based on performance, aptitude, and career goals.
This is a full-time, in-office position located at our Tampa office. Health benefits, PTO, and a 401(k) are provided.
Responsibilities
• Follow up with prospective borrowers who have expressed interest in obtaining mortgage financing
• Communicate with clients by phone, email, and text regarding the mortgage application process
• Schedule appointments and coordinate consultations with loan officers
• Maintain accurate client records within the company CRM system
• Assist borrowers with gathering basic information and documentation needed to begin the loan process
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the initial stages of the mortgage journey
• Support loan officers and operations staff with client communication and follow-up activities
Qualifications
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone, email, and text
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
• Ability to accurately maintain information within company systems
• Experience in customer service, banking, mortgage lending, title, real estate, administrative support, or client-facing roles preferred
• Ability to learn mortgage terminology, products, and internal systems
• Commitment to professional growth and long-term career development
