Your Day-To-Day:
As our Bottling Line Lead, you support daily bottling line operations alongside the Bottling Team Lead. You perform routine quality control checks, accurately document QC data, production counts, and downtime, complete bottling checklists, and promptly report any nonconformances. You operate and make adjustments to fillers, conveyors, cappers, labelers, carton erectors, and case packers, while ensuring the line is supplied with materials and finished goods are prepared for palletizing and shipment. You actively support sanitation and changeover activities, uphold GMP standards, maintain organized and audit-ready workspaces using 5S practices, communicate equipment or process issues as they arise, follow all PPE and hygiene requirements, and coordinate with Flex Team members to assist with rework and other line needs.
