  • Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and SCADA systemsย (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider).ย 

  • Develop andย maintainย control system documentation, including wiring diagrams, logic flow, and network layouts.ย 

  • Perform system integration, testing, and commissioning of automation equipment.ย 

  • Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and process engineering teams.ย 

  • Prepare detailedย technical documentation, manuals, and operator training materials.ย 

  • Lead orย assistย inย control system upgrades and retrofitsย for existing installations.ย 

  • Integrate control systems withย MES, ERP, or data historians (OSIsoft PI, Ignition, etc.).ย 

  • Implementย cybersecurity measuresย for industrial control systems following NIST or ISA/IEC 62443 standards.ย
