Title: Customer Relations Specialist
Location: In-Office
Job Responsibilities:
- Receives, processes, and fulfills member service requests for life, health, and annuity policies through various member contact channels.
- Receives inbound calls for information from current and prospective members.
- Provides information to client Members regarding, e.g., public information on from our website, directions where they can go on our website for education or more information, Medicare annual enrollment dates.
- Fulfilling member requests to mail out Medicare guidebook materials.
- Applies foundational member servicing techniques.
- Encourages member to take action to address needs and opportunities.
- Supports enterprise business goals through the achievement of quality and member experience measures.
- Taking demographic information to establish member number for new members.
- Call volumes will vary, average call volume 25-30 per day.
