Job Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to our Residents.
  • Building bulkheads and walls
  • Water-proofing
  • Drainage/Excavation
  • Removing trees
  • Minor carpentry repair
  • Installing fences
  • Repairing playgrounds
  • Installing, repairing and cleaning gutters

Requirements
• Must be 18 years old or older
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must have 3 years of experience in general building and grounds maintenance work
• Apartment maintenance experience is a plus.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Passing a criminal background check required.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Initiative and customer service skill.
