Given ongoing construction and development plans, our current apartment portfolio of 6,000 plus units is expected to double in the next couple of years and rise to over 12,000 units in the next five years.
Given our rapid portfolio growth, coupled with ownership's desire to develop and hold rather than sell, the timing is ideal for qualified candidates to come on-board.
We are currently seeking Full Time Laundromat Operations Managerto work out of our Piscataway, NJ location.
Will do light travel between sites in central New Jersey
Summary
We're hiring an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to run the day-to-day of our laundromat.
You'll oversee staff, keep every machine running smoothly, manage cash and supplies, and make sure customers have a great experience every visit.

  • Perform hands-on repairs and routine maintenance on washers and dryers (belts, motors, valves, coin/card mechanisms)
  • Handle cash management, deposits, and reconciliation
  • Track inventory and order supplies (detergent, vending items, etc.)
  • Resolve customer complaints and enforce store policies
  • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with technicians for bigger repairs

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
