Job description

The Citadel at Kingsbridge Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is currently seeking for a Maintenance Worker for Full Time to join our dynamic organization.

JOB DUTIES
  • Coordinate daily maintenance services, when performing routine assignments in resident living areas
  • Use large floor cleaning devices to buff or mop
  • Inspect and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair
  • Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs
  • Plans repair work using buildingâ€'s blueprints or equipment manual as needed
  • Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures
  • Clean and assists with upkeep of the facilities
  • Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance

QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of general carpentry and repair
  • Ability to use hand tools and power
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
