Position Overview: RN (Day Shift)
The Day Shift RN provides comprehensive nursing care, oversees clinical operations on the unit, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective, and person-centered care.
• Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans
  2. Administer medications and treatments in compliance with protocols
  3. Monitor resident conditions and document changes accurately
  4. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff
  5. Educate residents and families on care plans and health conditions
  6. Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs
  7. Ensure regulatory compliance and infection control standards
Qualifications:
  1. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  2. Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred
  3. Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills
  4. Compassionate, resident-first mindset
  5. BLS/CPR required (ACLS a plus)
