Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time PM Shift | 2:00 PM-10:30 PM
Franciscan Health Center is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a full-time PM shift. This position works 2:00 PM-10:30 PM and is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys building meaningful relationships with residents while providing high-quality, person-centered care.
The RN is responsible for providing and coordinating nursing care, administering medications and treatments, monitoring residents' conditions, communicating with physicians and families, completing required documentation, and working closely with our interdisciplinary team to promote the health, safety, and well-being of our residents.
