LOCATION: Headquarters, Austin, TX.
Position Summary: Premier Research Labs is seeking a motivated Junior Web Developer / Business Systems Analyst to join our Information Technology team. This position is ideal for an early-career professional who enjoys web development, systems integration, and business process automation.

The successful candidate will support our Magento e-commerce platform, develop Python-based automation, maintain MySQL databases, and assist with integrations between NetSuite, Salesforce, and other business applications. This role offers exposure to enterprise technologies supporting manufacturing, e-commerce, quality systems, and distribution operations.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on meaningful projects while developing expertise in ERP, CRM, web development, APIs, and enterprise integrations.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and support Magento-based e-commerce applications.
  • Design and maintain Python scripts for automation and data processing.
  • Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize MySQL databases and SQL queries.
  • Support integrations between NetSuite, Salesforce, Magento, and other business applications.
  • Assist with REST API development and third-party system integrations.
  • Monitor website availability, performance, and security.
  • Troubleshoot application and integration issues.
  • Participate in software deployments, upgrades, and testing.
  • Gather business requirements from users and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Work with internal departments including Operations, Manufacturing, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Quality Assurance to improve business processes.
  • Participate in application support and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in web development, software development, or business systems support.
  • Experience with:
    • Magento (Magento 2 preferred)
    • Python
    • MySQL
    • HTML5/CSS
    • JavaScript
    • REST APIs
  • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
