Brinkers Jewelers is seeking a full-time Luxury Jewelry Client Service & Operations Associate to join our Evansville team.

This is a highly interactive role for someone who enjoys helping clients, staying organized, managing details, and supporting the daily flow of a luxury jewelry showroom. The right person will be comfortable working with clients face-to-face, answering questions by phone and email, handling valuable merchandise, updating records accurately, and helping multiple teams stay informed and on schedule.

This position is ideal for someone who is service-minded, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to keep many moving pieces organized in a fast-paced retail environment.


What Youll Do

This role supports client service, jewelry and timepiece service intake, merchandise tracking, showroom presentation, customer communication, and daily operational follow-through.

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcome and assist clients at the service counter, in person, by phone, and through email
  • Enter client service requests accurately into the computer system, including customer information, item descriptions, condition notes, photos, requested work, due dates, and follow-up details
  • Carefully document jewelry and timepieces as they are received, including visible condition, item characteristics, and any client concerns
  • Communicate with clients regarding estimates, timelines, completed work, pick-ups, delays, and questions
  • Assist clients with pick-up, payment, and final review of completed work
  • Inspect completed jewelry and timepiece work for accuracy, quality, presentation, and readiness before client pick-up
  • Maintain accurate notes and status updates in the tracking system
  • Help manage due dates, client expectations, and daily workflow by keeping communication clear between sales associates, production leadership, jewelers, watchmakers, vendors, and management
  • Run and review weekly open-job reports, verify timing when needed, and follow up with clients or team members appropriately
  • Process transactions through the point-of-sale system
  • Prepare outgoing items for vendors or manufacturers when outside service is needed, including proper packaging, documentation, and tracking
  • Receive incoming shipments from vendors, manufacturers, or service partners and update records accordingly
  • Maintain stock of commonly used service supplies and help identify when items need to be reordered
  • Support showroom standards, including display recovery, glass cleaning, high-touch surface sanitation, replenishment, signage updates, packaging, and presentation
  • Assist with customer pick-ups, new receipts, credit applications, and other customer-facing processes in the POS system
  • Help with wrapping, packing, and presentation of customer purchases or completed items
  • Clean and check customer jewelry when appropriate, based on training, item type, and gem identification
  • Direct customer traffic by connecting clients with the appropriate sales or service professional
  • Support appointment flow, customer communication, and service follow-up
  • Stay current with assigned company, vendor, and product training
  • Perform minor on-site services when trained and appropriate, such as watch sizing or battery replacement
  • Assist with other showroom, customer service, inventory, or operational duties as assigned


Daily Responsibilities
