Location: Radnor, PA (Hybrid)
Schedule: Full-Time Day Schedule (On-Call Rotation)
Compensation: $85,155.20 - $131,913.60

What You'll Do
  • Develop, configure, and support ServiceNow ITSM solutions across core modules
  • Build and enhance workflows to improve service delivery and reduce process gaps
  • Translate business and end-user requirements into functional system solutions
  • Perform system configuration, customization, and scripting (e.g., business rules, UI policies, catalog items)
  • Support integrations with third-party systems and enterprise technologies
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and ongoing system enhancements

  • Participate in an on-call rotation to support operational needs

What You Bring
Required
  • 1-3 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
  • Experience configuring core ServiceNow modules (HRSD, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with workflows, business rules, UI actions/policies, and system configurations
  • Basic scripting experience (JavaScript, XML, HTML, SQL, or PowerShell)
  • Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM/ITIL) processes
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Preferred
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Experience with integrations (SOAP, REST, web services)
  • Familiarity with LDAP, Active Directory, ADFS, or SSO
  • Experience supporting application lifecycle processes (design, development, testing, deployment)
  • Experience promoting update sets across ServiceNow environments
  • Experience in healthcare or a highly regulated environment
